We didn't want to be the biggest kolache shop in Houston — we wanted to be the most consistent. The one your neighbors keep recommending. The one you trust when you're running late and someone in the car needs something warm.

Our story

We're up before
you are.

5:00 AM

Up before dawn.

Long before the city wakes, our ovens are already lit. The first batches go in at 3:30, the first donut comes out at 4:45, and the doors open at 5 sharp — because someone's commute is starting and they deserve something better than a gas-station pastry.

Hand-rolled, the right way.

We've never bought into the factory-line shortcut. Every kolache is rolled by hand. Every donut is fried in small batches. We use Halal-certified meats, fresh produce, and dough we mix on-site. It takes longer. It tastes like it.
